System Type: Hybrid enclosure combining a fixed Aluwall pony wall (lower section) with a motorized vertical screen mounted above.

  1. Purpose: Provides privacy and architectural solidity at seated height while allowing automated shade or breeze control above — perfect for comfort zones that face the sun or open areas.

  2. Lower Section (Partition):

    • Height: 36–40″ (915–1020 mm).

    • Material: Aluminum composite or solid aluminum panel on concealed frame.

    • Finish: RAL 7016 Anthracite Matte standard; any RAL Classic optional.

    • Capped top rail with concealed junction to upper screen housing.

  3. Upper Section (Screen):

    • Motorized retractable fabric stored in cassette directly above partition.

    • Tracks integrated into the cabana posts for a flush, seamless look.

    • Fabrics: solar mesh (5–10% openness) or privacy weave; optional bug or blackout fabric.

    • Drive System: Somfy tubular motor, prewired in roof beam or side post; wall switch or remote control.

    • Weather Rating: IP65-rated components; wind-stabilized edges with hidden zipper-track retention.

  4. Integration:

    • Screen cassette mounts to top of pony wall structure, fully concealed behind matching powder-coated fascia.

    • Shared color finish for a unified appearance; same reveal height as full-height screen assemblies elsewhere on the unit.

    • Electrical wiring routed through the partition cavity to maintain invisible cable runs.

  5. Performance & Use:

    • Enables modular comfort control—close for glare or wind, open for view and ventilation.

    • Ideal for Miri, Evania, Luna, or Sol units on west-facing sides or breezeways.

    • Can be paired opposite glass sliders for balanced sun and privacy management.

  6. Maintenance:

    • Clean lower composite with pH-neutral detergent.

    • Screen fabric can be rinsed with water and air-dried.

    • Seasonal tension adjustment through hidden side access.

  7. Lead Time: Factory-integrated option; ships with cabana if ordered together.

  8. Controls: Compatible with group operation or single-unit remote for synchronized lowering across multiple modules.
