We price every project the way we design it—clearly. You’ll see materials, structure, glazing, automation, controls, installation, freight, and commissioning broken out in a plain-English proposal. Options for phasing and value engineering are documented up front, with no hidden fees and realistic lead times tied to your schedule.

For hospitality and multifamily teams, we also include ROI notes—average open-day lift, seat utilization, and dwell-time impacts—so finance can validate the investment with confidence.

How Our Pricing Works

  1. Pre-Tariff Base Cost
    All published prices and online deposits reflect the base cost of the system before any government-imposed tariffs or import duties.

  2. Deposit
    A 50% deposit secures your production slot and initiates engineering, shop drawings, and procurement.

  3. Freight & Handling
    Shipping and handling are quoted separately at time of order. We work to minimize costs through consolidated shipments and efficient routing.

  4. Tariffs & Import Fees
    U.S. tariffs are determined at the time of import.
    These are government-assessed fees and billed at actual cost — never marked up.

  5. Final Invoice
    The remaining 50% of the product cost plus any applicable tariff and import fees is due prior to delivery or release of goods.

Why We Do It This Way

  • Accuracy: Tariffs fluctuate. Separating them from base cost protects both you and us from volatile government fees.

  • Transparency: You see exactly what’s product cost vs. what’s a pass-through import fee.

  • Flexibility: If tariffs decrease or are lifted before entry, you benefit directly.

Timeline Snapshot

  • Deposit: at order

  • Design & engineering: 4–12 weeks

  • Production & shipping: 10–12 weeks after approvals

  • Tariff billed: at time of entry (pre-delivery)

  • Final payment due: prior to shipment release or installation

Legal & Policy Notes

  • Tariffs are assessed by U.S. Customs based on current trade regulations at the time of entry.

  • Any applicable state or local taxes will be added where required.

  • Payments can be made via ACH, wire transfer, or credit card.

  • Tariff charges are not refundable once assessed.

  • Orders cannot ship until the final balance is paid in full.
