Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to help you choose the right starting point—and move forward with confidence.

Which path is right for me?

Choose Tailored Design if you have site constraints, architectural goals, or multi-zone scope. Choose Fabrication Ready if you want proven configurations, predictable pricing, and a faster start.

Can I switch paths later?

Yes. Teams sometimes begin with Fabrication Ready to lock a build slot, then move into Tailored Design for added integration. We’ll align milestones and carry forward approved selections.

What affects timeline the most?

On Tailored Design, approvals and coordination drive schedule. On Fabrication Ready, final selections and payment release determine the production window. Typical shipment is 10–12 weeks after final approvals/selections.

How do payments work?

Tailored Design: 10 / 40 / 50 (Design & Engineering → Fabrication Release → Shipment/Delivery).
Fabrication Ready: 50 / 50 (Deposit at checkout → Balance before shipment).

What’s included in installation & commissioning?

Set, align, and secure the structure; connect motors and controls; program open/partial/sealed presets; and walk your team through operation and care. You’ll receive O&M and a quick-start guide at handoff.

Can we phase multi-zone projects?

Yes. Larger programs can stagger releases by zone to balance cash flow and keep areas opening sooner. We’ll sequence fabrication, shipping, and install windows accordingly.
