3) Approvals & Fabrication Release (40%)
Final selections, shop drawing set, and production slot assignment. Materials are procured; lead time starts.
Deliverables: Approved shops, hardware schedules, install coordination checklist.
4) Shipment, Delivery & Commissioning (50%)
Crating, freight, and onsite scope. We set, program, and test automation: open, partial, and sealed modes.
Deliverables: O&M guide, control presets, handoff walkthrough.

Onsite assembly and commissioning. We set control presets for open, partial, and sealed modes for true push-button operation.
