System Type: Fixed Aluwall pony wall, designed as a 36–40″ (915–1020 mm) high partition panel set between cabana or casita posts. Forms a visual and functional base for glass, screens, or open upper sections.

  • Purpose: Provides enclosure definition and lower-level privacy while keeping upper views open. Commonly used below glass sliders, fixed glass partitions, or motorized screens.

  • Construction:

    • Framing: Aluminum perimeter extrusion system mechanically fastened to structure posts.

    • Infill Panel: Aluminum composite (ACM) or solid aluminum sheet with structural core; optional decorative or insulated core on request.

    • Panel Depth: 40–60 mm depending on span.

    • Top Cap: Flush anodized or powder-coated trim for clean horizontal line.

  • Finish:

    • Standard: RAL 7016 Anthracite Matte (matching structure).

    • Optional: any RAL Classic color or textured powder coat.

    • Panel joints aligned with frame geometry for seamless visual continuity.

  • Integration:

    • Accepts upper systems such as sliding glass, fixed glass, or motorized screen assemblies.

    • Hidden conduit path inside wall cavity for power, lighting, or data lines.

    • Drain slot detail at base where exposed to weather.

  • Performance:

    • Wind-resistant solid panel; minimal deflection.

    • Thermal expansion allowance built into frame joints.

    • Resistant to UV, salt air, and corrosion.

  • Applications:

    • Lower enclosure for Miri, Evania, or Sol units.

    • Seating or counter-height divider in Terra Casita or dining models.

    • Perimeter privacy zone between adjacent cabanas.

  • Maintenance: Wipe-clean composite surface; touch-up finish kit provided with structure.
