System Type: Motorized vertical screen, fully retractable, sized to fit between posts of the Skyroof Compact structure.

  1. Integration: Side tracks recessed within the aluminum frame for a flush, clean aesthetic—no surface rails. Cassette mounted within roof beam cavity; screen disappears when retracted.

  2. Fabric Options:

    • Solar/Privacy Mesh (5–10% openness) for glare and heat reduction.

    • Bug Screen Mesh for airflow and protection.

    • Blackout/Weather Fabric available for full enclosure use.

    • All fabrics UV-stable, mildew-resistant, and flame-rated per ASTM standards.

  3. Drive System: Somfy or equivalent tubular motor, prewired within beam; remote or integrated wall control.

  4. Guidance System: Dual tensioned side tracks with hidden zipper or spline mechanism preventing fabric blowout in wind.

  5. Finish: Cassette, tracks, and bottom bar powder-coated to match cabana frame (RAL 7016 Anthracite Matte standard; custom RAL optional).

  6. Max Recommended Width: 3.0 m (≈ 10′) per panel; heights per structure spec.

  7. Power & Control: 120 V feed to beam motor location; group control possible for multi-unit runs.

  8. Weather Performance: Operable in moderate wind; self-tensioning system maintains flat surface with minimal sag.

  9. Maintenance: Brush-sealed tracks reduce debris; clean with mild soap/water.

  10. Applications: For open sides of Miri or Evania units where flexible shading and privacy are desired.
