System Type: Two-part wall assembly featuring a fixed Aluwall pony wall (lower) and sliding glass upper section that operates manually along concealed aluminum tracks.

  • Purpose: Creates a convertible glass façade—close for wind, rain, or climate control; open for airflow and view. Ideal for moderate climates or coastal exposure zones.

🔹 Lower Section (Partition Base)

  • Height: 36–40″ (915–1020 mm).

  • Material: aluminum composite panel or solid aluminum plate.

  • Finish: RAL 7016 Anthracite Matte standard; full RAL palette optional.

  • Framed within structural posts with top cap to support the slider track.

  • Optional internal conduit path for power or lighting.

  • Glass: 8 mm tempered single pane standard; 5+12+5 mm insulated glass optional for climate-controlled casitas.

  • Panels: typically 2–3 leafs per opening; slide on precision aluminum top/bottom rails with hidden rollers and soft-close stops.

  • Framing: minimal aluminum profiles powder-coated to match structure; vertical joints gasketed for weather seal.

  • Operation: manual glide; panels park at one end or split center depending on width.

  • Drainage: concealed sill channel with weep holes to manage condensation or light rain.
