  • Purpose: Serves as the standard entry wall for casita and cabana units — balancing privacy, airflow, and modern transparency while keeping sightlines clear.

  • Lower Section (Partition Base):

    • Height: 36–40″ (915–1020 mm).

    • Material: Aluminum composite panel, solid color-matched finish.

    • Finish: RAL 7016 Anthracite Matte standard; optional RAL or decorative finishes available.

    • Built-in conduit chase for switch, lighting, or door lock wiring if required.

  • Upper Section (Sliding Glass):

    • Tempered safety glass, 8 mm (single) or 5+12+5 mm (insulated) depending on spec.

    • Mounted on concealed top and bottom aluminum rails; manual glide operation with soft-close stops.

    • Overlaps above the pony wall for weather and air seal.
