  • The structural roof system provides precise solar, shade, and ventilation control through motorized aluminum louvers. When open, the blades align to frame the sky and capture natural airflow. When closed, they interlock with integrated seals to divert rain toward concealed channels. The system allows staff to modulate light and climate instantly, turning harsh afternoon sun or sudden drizzle into a comfortable, protected environment within moments..

  • Perimeter glass panels rise vertically to close the space against coastal wind, salt air, and moisture while preserving full transparency.
